2) Time to tell the balloons you would like around the hoop! We understand sometimes it is hard to select the exact colours you would like, so do not panic if you are unsure! Just tell us the party theme or any range of colours you have in mind and we would design it and create it for you. We can guarantee our Balloon Hoop would not disappoint you!
