Our most FESTIVE Balloon Arch! A beautiful arch created with colours to match the Encanto Movie Theme. In this occasion we feature a balloon wall using 15m of garland altogether. The same theme can be created in smaller sections for balloon arches.

– Detailed Instructions on How to Construct the Garland and tips. There is a central length of balloon tape with holes in to pull and attach the inflated balloons. Believe it or not, these are not hard to assemble! Does not require any previous balloon handling or crafting experience.
